Building and Central Plant Automation and Technologies
Continual develops, designs, and installs a diverse portfolio of building and central plant control and automation technologies. Our in-house technologies are intended to help you address the challenges inherent in operating and maintaining complex building systems while maximizing asset performance and maintaining operational reliability.
Service and Maintenance
Continual provides service and preventative maintenance for central plants and building automation. We apply simulation engines and artificial intelligence to proactively identify, diagnose, and mitigate underperforming facilities and deviating HVAC assets. Our designated service staff and fleet are on call 24/7 to implement scheduled and emergency maintenance either on site or remotely to ensure systems are operating per design intent.
Test Systems and Packaged Plants
Continual is helping to advance the development of innovative HVAC technologies. We are designing, building, and fabricating packaged plants, custom test systems that automate and streamline the testing process for production of oil-free compressors for HVAC applications, and environmental test chambers that automate and simulate the performance of HVAC equipment.
